The Bullfinch is a bird renowned for its loyalty in forming long-lasting and faithful relationships. Likewise Bullfinch Properties is an independent letting agent that believes in honesty, integrity and loyalty. We operate in the Medway area of Kent and are specialists in HMOs, although we do deal with flats and houses.

Bullfinch Properties was founded on the premise that lettings is a people business. We know that the rental market is changing and our aim is to support landlords and tenants through the changes. How do we do this? We base our service on how we would like to be served and that the customer is always the priority.

We provide the complete service at honest prices by not operating a high street shop in order to cut overheads. You can be assured that Bullfinch Properties will provide the best service to all of our clientele.

Meet our Team

Hasan was born in Chatham and raised in Rochester, giving him expert local knowledge. He has been managing properties since the age of 18 in Medway and London. After graduating with a first class law degree, he turned his passion for managing properties into a business. He gives advice to property investors and part-time landlords alike.
