About Us

The Bullfinch is a bird renowned for its loyalty in forming long-lasting and faithful relationships. Likewise Bullfinch Properties is an independent letting agent that believes in honesty, integrity and loyalty. We operate in the Medway area of Kent and are specialists in HMOs, although we do deal with flats and houses.

Bullfinch Properties was founded on the premise that lettings is a people business. We know that the rental market is changing and our aim is to support landlords and tenants through the changes. How do we do this? We base our service on how we would like to be served and that the customer is always the priority.

We provide the complete service at honest prices by not operating a high street shop in order to cut overheads. You can be assured that Bullfinch Properties will provide the best service to all of our clientele.

We are experts in the local property market. You can keep up to date with the latest on the Medway property market at our blog Medway Property News www.medwaypropertynews.com.

We know that trust is the number one factor when choosing your letting agent. That's why when you trust us with your property we will treat it as our own.
